Apple Watch band guide
Choose your Apple Watch connector group first, then match your measured wrist to the exact fixed, stretch, magnetic, or link-adjustable range shown on the product page.
*“Fits all” means connector compatibility after you select the correct size group. It does not mean that one band length fits every wrist.
This finder identifies the connector. Your selected product’s fit system determines the wrist range.
Your result
Your compatible connector group will appear here.
42 mm uses two connector groups. The model you selected determines the result.
Quick reference
Case size controls the connector. It does not tell you the finished band length or the wrist range that the band is designed to fit.
Choose the product option that lists this smaller group.
Choose the product option that lists this larger group, including 49 mm.
| Apple Watch family | Case sizes | Connector group | Final check |
|---|---|---|---|
| Original / Series 1–3 | 38 or 42 mm | 38 → smaller 42 → larger |
Confirm the Series when the case says 42 mm. |
| Series 4–6 | 40 or 44 mm | 40 → smaller 44 → larger |
Match the option wording on the product page. |
| Series 7–9 | 41 or 45 mm | 41 → smaller 45 → larger |
Then check the product-specific wrist range. |
| Series 10–12 | 42 mm or 46 mm | 42 → smaller 46 → larger |
Do not use the legacy 42 mm rule. |
| SE family | 40 or 44 mm | 40 → smaller 44 → larger |
Confirm the size engraved on the case. |
| Ultra family | 49 mm | Larger | Select the option that includes 49 mm. |
Compatibility should be rechecked when Apple introduces a new case size or Floratie changes its connector options.
Wrist measurement
Connector compatibility and wrist fit are separate decisions. Record your real wrist measurement, then compare it with the exact range on the selected product.
No tape? Wrap a narrow strip of paper around your wrist and mark where the ends meet.
Keep the tape level and close to the skin. Do not add the Apple Watch case length.
Measure twice so you can compare the result with either unit shown on the product page.
The listed wrist range refers to your measured wrist circumference and already accounts for the watch case.
Choose by construction
Small and Large are fixed options only where a product shows them. Stretch, magnetic and removable-link designs use their own adjustment method and product-specific range.
“Fits 5.75–6.25 in wrists” means the wearer’s measured wrist circumference. The watch case is already included in that recommendation. A separate “band length” figure excludes the case and should be labelled accordingly.
When shown, these are fixed product sizes. For example, a product may list Small 5.75–6.25 in and Large 6.5–7 in. Follow the exact range on that product.
Elastic construction expands within the product’s stated wrist range. Do not assume every stretch design shares the same range.
The closure adjusts between the product’s stated minimum and maximum wrist measurements. Check the individual product’s waterproof status and care guidance.
Removing or adding links changes the finished length. Review the stated adjusted range and whether tools or extra links are included.
Worked examples
Choose the connector first. Then use the selected band’s fixed or adjustable wrist-fit method.
Choose the smaller connector group, then compare your wrist measurement with the product’s own range.
Choose the larger connector group. The same 42 mm label does not use the same group as Series 10–12.
Choose the larger connector group, then select the product’s fixed or adjustable wrist range.
Sizing questions
Use these answers together with the connector and fit information shown on the exact product page.
No. A 42 mm Series 1–3 watch belongs to the larger connector group. A 42 mm Series 10–12 watch belongs to the smaller connector group.
Check the engraving on the back of the watch. Use the model or Series together with the engraved case size.
No. The connector group determines whether the band can attach to the case. Wrist fit depends on the exact band construction, closure and listed range.
Yes. Floratie wrist ranges refer to your measured wrist circumference, and the recommendation already accounts for the Apple Watch case. Do not add the case length.
Follow the exact product instructions. If they do not resolve the choice, send your watch model, case size, wrist measurement and product name to support@floratie.com.
Yes. Select the larger connector group, then check the chosen product’s wrist range and adjustment method.
Comfortable fit, waterproof status and durability information are product-specific. Review the exact product page for the applicable statement, adjustment range and care instructions instead of inferring performance from the material alone.
Start with the connector group, then choose the jewellery-inspired, natural-stone, beaded or metal style whose product-specific range matches your wrist.
