Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your package's journey in real-time.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

FloraTie is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages & Lost Packages

FloraTie is fully responsible for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately at support@floratie.com with photographs of the damaged packaging or item. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you right away.
