How to Measure Your Wrist

Measure where you normally wear your watch.

    Wrap a soft measuring tape around your wrist.

    Keep it flat and close to your skin.

    Note the measurement in inches or centimeters.

No measuring tape? Wrap a strip of paper around your wrist, mark where the ends meet, then measure the strip with a ruler.
